Fresh claim in contaminated milk scandal A Chinese investigative magazine, Caijing, has reported that the deputy governor said on September 17 an investigation had shown Sanlu started mixing melamine in milk in 2005 and had concealed it all along. According to the initial investigation by Hebei Province, 41 of the 372 Sanlu fresh milk supply centres mixed melamine in milk. (The Dominion Post, 09/19/2008)
